Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used items, especially consumable products such as honey and other edible goods.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The item arrived leaking or defective
- The package was lost in transit
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused or significantly damaged upon arrival
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened honey jars or food products
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or sale items
- Personalized or custom-packed products
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are:
